Boardman Avenue Closure Planned Next Week

By Beth Milligan | March 5, 2021

The 200 block of Boardman Avenue will be closed in downtown Traverse City next week for utility work.

Molon Excavating crews will be working on Boardman between East State Street and Washington Street starting Monday at 7am. The road is expected to reopen by Thursday at 5pm. The work, which is weather dependent, will cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicle traffic. Appropriate signage will be in place, and access to all businesses will be maintained at all times.

Residents are advised to use alternate routes to reduce congestion and delays.
