By Beth Milligan | Jan. 15, 2025

Cherry Capital Airport (TVC) announced Wednesday that a new seventh airline is coming to the airport: JetBlue.

JetBlue will provide seasonal service to and from Boston Logan International Airport (BOS) beginning June 5, flying the non-stop route both inbound and outbound three times a week on Thursdays, Saturdays, and Sundays through October 25. The A220 aircraft, which seats 140, will depart BOS at 9:40am and arrive at TVC at 11:56am. The plane will depart TVC at 12:45pm and land at BOS at 2:47pm.

"We continue to make it easier than ever to get to thrilling destinations across North America this summer, while welcoming more visitors from the East Coast to our award-winning northern Michigan communities," said Cherry Capital Airport CEO Kevin Klein in a statement. "The addition of our seventh airline continues to bolster our dedication to growing air service in and out of our region."

David Jehn, vice president of network planning and airline partnerships at JetBlue, said the airline is "excited to introduce JetBlue’s low fares and award-winning service to Traverse City, while providing convenient access and more travel options to the many destinations we serve from our Boston focus city."
