M22 Project To Start Monday Near Suttons Bay

A $1.5 million Michigan Department of Transportation (MDOT) project will kick off Monday, September 18 on M22 near Suttons Bay.

Project work will entail replacing and sealing concrete joints and making pavement repairs on 8.7 miles of M22 from south of East Lakeview Hills Road to north of Fourth Street in Suttons Bay. The work will require 24-hour lane closures under flag control, with up to two lane closures at a time. Some night work is possible during the project.

The project is expected to last until November 3.
