Horger Enters No Contest Plea

Twenty-seven-year old Joseph Horger on Friday entered a plea of no contest to attempted false report of a bomb. Horger was arrested on Dec. 23 after local law enforcement received a tip that he was heard in conversation making threats to kill police officers and to bomb Grand Traverse Mall. He later turned himself in to officers.

Horger could face up to two years in prison for his involvement in the bomb threat incident.. He will be sentenced on August 19.
