Nestle Cafe Opens at GT Mall

A new Nestle Toll House Cafe hosts its grand opening today (Saturday) at the Grand Traverse Mall's center court in Traverse City. The mall is one of the first in the country to showcase the Nestle Cafe's new "enhanced kiosk concept," which includes seating and digital menus. The new cafe offers a vareity of baked goods including cookies, brownies and muffins, as well as smoothies, ice cream and Nescafe Milano coffee. It also offers made-to-order crepes and panini sandwiches.

Today's grand opening from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. features coupon discounts, photo opportunities and meet-and-greets with Traverse City Hounds' hockey players and a special appearance by the Nesquik Bunny. The Cafe's franchisees are Beth Harris and Noella Korte (pictured).
