Northwestern Michigan College (NMC) formally kicked off a year-long celebration of its 75th anniversary on Tuesday by announcing a new list of 75 outstanding alumni.

The list spotlights former NMC students “who have made exceptional contributions to their communities and career fields and exemplify NMC values,” according to a press release. Included are NMC graduates from each decade since the college’s 1951 inception, spanning industries like health care, culinary arts, aviation, law, and politics. Among the ranks, you’ll even find The Ticker’s own Beth Milligan. Congrats, Beth!
