Oneupweb Relocating To Grand Traverse Commons

Digital marketing firm Oneupweb and its 25 employees are heading to The Village at Grand Traverse Commons. The company is moving into Building 60, the soon-to-be-renovated structure that was formerly the state hospital's workshop. Building 60 is next to Centennial Financial, which is adjacent to Spanglish.The move is slated for early summer.

The nearly 24,000-square-foot waterfront building where OneupWeb resides in Greilickville is for sale for $5.4 million.

Last fall, Oneupweb employee Fernando Meza was named the new owner/CEO, taking over from founder Lisa Wehr.
