Pleasanton Bakery Opening Downtown Cafe

Jan. 17, 2014

Pleasanton Bakery, the artisan bakery and wood-fired pizza cafe located in the Village at Grand Traverse Commons, is coming to downtown Traverse City. Owner Jonathan St. Hilaire announced that the company is opening a second location called Pleasanton Cafe in February at 118 South Union Street in the former Annie's location. The cafe will offer "fresh-brewed Intelligentsia coffee and espresso drinks to compliment our delicious wood-fired oven baked breads, morning pastries and decadent desserts," according to Hilaire's statement. "In addition, we will offer grab-and-go lunch items - a variety of housemade sandwiches, salads and soups."

Pleasanton Cafe will be open Tuesday through Saturday from 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
