A portion of Cottageview Drive will be closed at The Village at Grand Traverse Commons starting Tuesday (October 20) for 10-14 days, with the work requiring detours within the campus.

Cottageview Drive will be closed between Silver and Gray drives for resurfacing work by Molon Excavating. Visitors heading to the center of the Village campus will be required to detour via Brown Drive to Red Drive just north of TBAISD and west of Building 50.

Parking is available just south of Silver Drive at Cottageview Drive for those who prefer to walk to the center of the Village. BATA’s free Bayline bus route also has a stop at this location, and runs seven days per week every 15 minutes from 7am to 11pm.

Commuters who normally travel north and south between West Silver Lake Road and Munson Medical Center/Medical Campus Drive are asked to use Elmwood Avenue via Silver Drive and Eleventh Street during construction. Drivers are also reminded that due to ongoing construction on Division Street, only right turns onto Division from Eleventh Street are permitted.
