The May Traverse City Business News is out, and it includes its much anticipated annual ranking of the region's top real estate agents. 

The Ticker's sister publication breaks down the top 50 residential agents and top 10 commerical agents based on sales data. For 2024, the top 10 residential agents are:

1. Bob Brick, RE/MAX Bayshore, $97.3m* 

2. Don Fedrigon, RE/MAX of Elk Rapids, $56.9m

3. Sam Flamont, The Mitten Real Estate Group, $53.6m*  

4. Matthew Dakoske, RE/MAX Bayshore, $47m* 

5. Molly Buttleman, Coldwell Banker Schmidt, $46.6m

6. Ranae Ihme, LVR Realty, $41.3m*

7. Linda Schaub, Real Estate One, $37.4m

8. Camille Campbell, Coldwell Banker Schimdt, $34.2m

9. Ann Porter, Real Estate One, $32.1m 

10. Christina Ingersoll, RE/MAX Bayshore, $31.4m 

* Numbers represent the work of a “team," where properties sold by 2 or more individuals are listed under one person's name. 

The May issue also includes plenty of additonal real estate content, including a look at notable properties in the region and agents with a story to tell.
