Ten Steps to a Healthier Community

Dec. 25, 2023

Northern Michigan is fortunate to have a wide range of people and organizations dedicated to the vitality of the region. While the missions (and sometimes the opinions) differ, everyone shares a common goal of improving the quality of life for those who live or visit this corner of the state.

As we look to a new year, this week's Northern Express - sister publication of The Ticker - asks 10 community leaders one simple question: What changes can be made in 2024 to make our community healthier?

Find their varied and fascinating answers in the Northern Express, available to read for free online or on newsstands at nearly 700 spots in 14 counties across northern Michigan.
