Traverse City Central High School Opens 2026 TC Central Hall of Fame Nominations

Feb. 14, 2026

Traverse City Central High School is seeking nominations for the TC Central Hall of Fame. Former students and staff who have brought honor and prestige to the high school are eligible for consideration. Nominations will be accepted through Friday, April 10, 2026, with voting by the Hall of Fame committee to take place later that month. The induction ceremony will be held during Homecoming weekend in the fall of 2026.

Established in 2003, the TC Central Hall of Fame honors past graduates and staff who have excelled in their professional fields, given back to their community, brought distinction to Traverse City Central, inspired current students, and fostered pride in the school.

Nominations may be submitted at the high school’s main office on Milliken Drive. A complete nomination packet must include a nomination form, three letters of support, and a photograph of the candidate. Additional information can be found on the CHS website under the Alumni Information tab.

Representatives of past nominees who were not previously inducted are encouraged to resubmit nominations for further consideration.

The TC Central Hall of Fame currently includes 65 members representing a wide range of professions and service areas, including education, athletics, music, writing, military and law enforcement, medicine, law, public service, business, volunteerism, and community advocacy. The 2024 inductees included Dr. Andrea Kritcher, Nina Merten, and the Hon. Kevin Elsenheimer.
