Traverse City Native Hits NFL

Congratulations to Traverse City West Senior High School graduate Jake Fisher, who was drafted in the second round of the National Football League draft Saturday by the Cincinnati Bengals. Fisher graduated from West in 2010 and played four years at University of Oregon, during which time he played in the National Championship Game.
The Ticker recalls him as a promising high school senior who, at the time, had committed to play at University of Michigan.
