Union Street Closure Planned Starting Tuesday

By Beth Milligan | Sept. 4, 2020

Molon Excavating will be closing the 1000 Block of South Union Street between Thirteenth Street and Griffen Street for utility work starting Tuesday, September 8.

The closure will begin Tuesday at 7am, with the block expected to reopen on Wednesday, September 16 at 5pm. The project is expected to cause disruptions to pedestrian and vehicular traffic. The work is weather dependent. Appropriate signage will be in place, and access to all businesses will be maintained at all times. Drivers are advised to use alternate routes to reduce congestions and delays.
