Acoustic Taproom Opening in TC

June 24, 2014

Bruce Grossman, creator of Acoustic Draft Mead produced in Lake Ann, is opening a tasting room at 119 North Maple (across from Mahoney's) in downtown Traverse City. Acoustic Taproom will offer tastes of mead and cider and perhaps eventually wine. There will also be light fare to complement the tastings. Grossman says pending permits for minor alterations in the building, he is targeting an opening in late July or August.

Grossman has been growing his primarily wholesale business since July 2008 and produces 10,000 gallons of mead and cider annually at his Lake Ann facility.
