Century 21 Northland Launches Vacation Rental Biz

Century 21 Northland – a real estate brokerage with offices in Traverse City, Suttons Bay Frankfort, Glen Arbor, and Beulah – is expanding into the vacation rental market with the launch of Northland Vacation Rentals. The Glen Arbor-based business will serve property owners looking to rent out their homes in Grand Traverse, Leelanau and Benzie counties. Connie and Matt Kroll, long-time northern Michigan residents, are leading the new venture. Connie is a licensed realtor who has been ranked as a multi-million dollar producer and is a repeated winner of the Pinnacle Quality Service Award. Matt is a licensed builder and has owned Kroll Contracting since 2001, building primarily custom homes. Century 21 Northland is locally owned by Brad Platt, Jason Kudary and Julia Lilley.
