Chrissy Ingersoll Wins 2025 Realtor of the Year

Nov. 5, 2025

Chrissy Ingersoll, real estate agent from RE/MAX Bayshore, has been named the 2025 Realtor of the Year by Aspire North Realtors. This award recognizes realtors who demonstrate exceptional professionalism, integrity, and commitment to both their clients and community.

Ingersoll has over 30 years in the real estate industry, all of them spent with RE/MAX Bayshore. Aspire North says she built her career on loyalty, hard work, and a client-first mindset. She’s known not only for her market knowledge and professionalism but for the genuine care she brings to every client relationship.

“Being honored as the Aspire North Realtor of the Year and a nominee for Michigan Realtor of the Year is incredibly meaningful after dedicating over 30 years to this industry,” Ingersoll says in a statement. “I’ve always believed in putting my clients first and serving my community with integrity, so to have that commitment recognized is truly rewarding.”

Known for her deep community involvement, Ingersoll serves as Vice President of the Forest Area School Board and donates and volunteers to local organizations, including sports teams, single mom groups, baby food pantries, and animal shelters. She has also served on various planning and zoning boards and community committees throughout her career.

“My involvement in the community and genuine care for clients have been the biggest factors in my success,” Ingersoll says. “Building trust and relationships that last decades has truly been the foundation of my career.”

Ingersoll says the most rewarding part of her work is helping people find their place in Northern Michigan. “Our region has so much to offer, from our lakes and trails to our small-town charm,” she said. “It’s fulfilling to help clients start new chapters here, whether it’s a first home, a family cottage, or a dream property up north.”

Her long-standing presence in Northern Michigan real estate reflects consistency, care, and authenticity. These values that have defined her career and inspired others in the industry.

“Chrissy’s success comes from something deeper than numbers or recognition,” said Tommy Corbett, Executive Director of RE/MAX Bayshore. “She leads with humility, consistency, and care. She is the first to volunteer, the one who stays late for her clients, and the person who is always willing to do the hard things that matter. This award reflects who she is not only as a Realtor but as a person.”
