By Beth Milligan | July 21, 2024

Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos has commenced construction on an adult-oriented RV park called Turtle Creek RV Park just north of Turtle Creek Market on M-72. The park, which the company says will feature "state-of-the-art facilities," is expected to open in spring 2025.

Turtle Creek RV Park will feature 50 sites accommodating "a variety of RV sizes and configurations," according to a company release. "Each site is equipped with full hookups, including water, sewer, and electricity, ensuring a comfortable and convenient stay for all guests." The park will feature a clubhouse, swimming pool and hot tubs, private changing areas with showers and restrooms, an outdoor entertainment space with a portable bar and guest seating area, shuttle service and pedestrian connections to Turtle Creek Casino & Hotel, and high-speed Wifi throughout the park.

The release states that Grand Traverse Resort & Casinos is "committed to environmentally friendly practices." Turtle Creek RV Park will "incorporate sustainable features such as energy-efficient lighting, water conservation systems, and recycling programs to minimize its ecological footprint," according to the release.
