TART Trails Launches $75,000 Crowdfunding Campaign

TART Trails  crowdfunding campaign with a goal of raising $75,000 to help construct the first phase of the Three Mile Trail.

Acccording to TART, the two-mile trail will:

-Provide a safe, accessible route for people of all ages and abilities
-Increase access to outdoor recreation and the natural beauty of our region
-Connect neighborhoods to schools, parks, businesses, and 100+ miles of existing TART trails
-Encourage walking and biking as healthy, affordable transportation options
-Reduce traffic congestion and vehicle emissions

The $75,000 sought here woud fund construction of the first mile of the Three Mile Trail, which will go from the current terminus at South Airport Road to the Looyenga Family Trailhead at Mitchell Creek Meadows.
